Pippa's Guardians gain AEGIS Accreditation

Towards the end of 2023 Pippa’s Guardians successfully passed our AEGIS Gold standard reaccreditation process which happens every four years and takes many months to complete. I am extremely pleased to confirm that Pippa’s passed not only with flying colours but without any recommendations, essentially full marks! We continue to adhere to robust safeguarding AEGIS standards, as we have since 1997.

Post pandemic, we have seen a shift in attitudes from UK boarding schools regarding Guardianship. Most independent schools will only accept AEGIS Gold standard Guardianship organisations unless there is a reliable and local family friend whom they can carefully vet and meet. Fundamentally, having Gold accreditation ensures the students are well supported and cared for, important for the school as the sponsor and for you the referring agent of course.

As we head towards September we are already seeing a strong interest in our Guardianship service. If you have families who are in need of a Guardian can I urge you to please make contact with Rachel on [email protected]. Rachel can advise you whether we have availability in your students’ school and who the Area Manager will be. Our Area Manager model is unique, and is extremely well received by our families, but it is in demand so I do urge you to contact as soon as you know which school your student is going to.

Lastly, please see attached our AEGIS certificate and revised Guardianship 2024 brochure, wishing you a wonderful 2024 and, of course, a sincere thank you to you all for your referrals.
